Jared ~ Owner

Served in Marine Corps for 8 years and through his service around the world, he saw how beautiful the world can be and how harsh it treats each other. While stationed in Port Au Prince, Haiti, he got to understand that the simple things, like a t-shirt can mean so much for someone. Through life’s journey and working with different businesses, one thing always remained and that was making others smile.

With the encouragement of his brother Steven, Jared decided to take on a new chapter and produce a couple of brands he feels that would bring a smile to you.

Brand Conceptions:

Lonely Lizard - Has been in the works since Jared was in 8th grade. At that time he reflected on his life and those around him and found that we are all just trying to blend into those desired crowds and find that friend or soul mate to spend our entire lives with. As illustrated in his soon to be published book you will see the how you (yes you, the one reading this) will find similarities of your life and the book correlate.

Unfortunately while Jared has had many adventures around the world, the one adventure he never expected so soon was the lose of his mom. While going through the estate his older brother Steven found the book he wrote and told Jared he should pursue publishing it. As of now the book with in re-editing stage for re-animating. Once finished Jared plans to copywrite and publish the book for all to read.

Shaka Faka - Came about when two bros (Steven and Jared) met for lunch, It was Steven’s birthday and Jared was going to pay for lunch. It was unknown to Jared at the time, Steven bought lunch for Jared and with gratitude, Jared threw the Shaka and saying Mahalo Fucker. Because Steven beat Jared when paying for the food. Jared then curious searched a Hawaiian way to say Fucker and saw that Faka is a Hawaiian Pigeon English translation. While Jared was getting a ride back to work from lunch, Jared out loud in the vehicle said Shaka Faka while throwing a Shaka at Steven.

It was at that moment going forward it clicked, when your bro buys you a plate lunch, Coconut Drink, Playing through on a golf cart, Cutting a wave or even seeing your bro in a crowd, show your appreciation or gratitude throw your bro a Shaka Faka!

Rub The Ducky - One day I was shopping for a shirt with my brother and his family and I noticed that before buy the clothing items, they would rub the fabric to see how it would feel on their skin. Then I thought back to the types of clothing tags that come on clothes and how they feel.

At that instant, it came to me that “Rub the Ducky” was more than a catchy name, it was an action towards textiles that can be helpful for the everyday person, because when we shop what do we all do? We all rub the fabric. Why not “Rub the Ducky”?
